To prepare for her new movie Tomb Raider, Angelina Jolie had spent a few months to a special diet. Jolie was forced to exchange cigarettes and coffee to steam the meat, vegetables and soy milk. "It's an interesting test because I used to smoke and drink, and I used to not eat breakfast, but a cigarette and coffee," said Angelina Jolie.
Although Jolie admits that Croft is mainly the role of himself, his playing was one of the hardest things I've ever done. "It 'was a challenge physically," says Angelina, who has prepared for the role of the educational system, which included a kick-boxing, canoeing, Street Fighting, and yoga. "Special diet also helped me shape my body. I ate steamed sea bass or steamed beef and vegetables, and I had no sugar and only drank soy milk." Angelina has lost weight from overwork and was glad the training and healthy diet helped put a few pounds of curves.
"I am for the curves of a woman feel sexy," she says, "and I never felt healthier or stronger than during the filming of that movie." Jolie produced almost all his own stunts in "Tomb Raider," which includes sword fighting, spear throwing, dog sledding and bungee. For the sequence bungee jumping, she went through three months of training. "The hardest thing was to learn to do bungee ballet, "she recalls. "It took a while to learn to work in harness."
